River was fairly high for this stretch and conditions were freezing cold but clear - only 1 lovely brown trout caught by nymph and safely returned of course. No other activity seen nor bites for the rest of the afternoon - I fished the late afternoon only.

Lowish water level (4.8 cilmery gauge). Clear and 5 degree c. Needed to keep moving to find fish but located some fish at bottom end. The pool above the weir and just below rapids. Largest fish about 10 inches. All czech nymphing.

Fished with HW. Tough going in the morning with only a graylet each to show for our efforts. We found a shoal at around 1pm and each had some brief success on deep bugs fished on a French leader setup

River levels ok and gin clear. 8 to hand was hoping to contact the larger fish, sadly all around the 10-12 inch mark. Nice half day had.

Enjoyed a short day on the river with two friends. The water was quite high (showing 7.2m at Cilmery) but we were determined to get out and managed 26 grayling between us. It was nice to have my first 'mixed' double hook-up (a trout and a grayling). A lovely stretch of river, which looked very pretty amongst the welcome sunny spells.

24 x grayling 6-17 Inches, 2 x out of season trout 7 and 14 inches, long trotting and a few on Tenkara. A warmer day than of late, with the level comfortably down below 0.60 on the Cilmery gauge. Water unusually clear and the grayling accordingly rather spooky this afternoon. Grayling of all sizes from some good ones (2 at 17 inches) down to shots. Met a shooter after woodcock on the way through the wood.
