Two spinning rods using silver and gold lures brought an eventful day where we caught 4 trout (kept 2) and 4 perch which were returned. None were over a couple of lbs but we started late morning/early afternoon. The conditions were warm and very breezy.

Fine sunny day with light breeze. No luck in the fly for one of us but four 2.5lb rainbow on small mepps spinner for the other. Good to see a reduction in the litter but the road is in very poor condition due to heavy trucks removing timber, potholes could be damaging.
