Had 6 trout kept 4 and a few perch all on 2 rods both float fishing with worm such a beautiful spot in that little cove will definitely come again on holiday and do a spot of fishing on the usk reservoir again.

To windy to float fish and to rocky to fish on bottom with wights as kept getting stuck on rocks and snapped but got told to drive to other side go down a little road over a gate and found a little sheltered erea witch was perfect for float fishing had a few big trout but as I was using barblthooks they come off and my partner had for perch witch she landed as she was fishing on the bottom with a small wight all in all a good day now we no about that little spot.

This is the third time I have submitted my return for Sunday 4th of August !
I caught 3 perch all in excellent condition and returned safely
The 2 trout again in excellent condition and tasted delicious
All caught on worm

2 rainbows caught and returned safely. Loads of small perch all returned. All on the fly black and peacock and coch y bonddu.
