Nice overcast day with a gentle wind but not a single fish seen or encountered by the various flies that I tried. Fishing also difficult owing to the very low level of the reservoir, the steep banks and very gooey mud at the margins.

I was fly fishing and it was a complete waste of time. The water level was so low that it was extremely difficult to get near the water's edge because a lot of the bank was too muddy to walk on (like quick sand) and the rest of it was too steep and rocky (no room for a back cast and dangerous). I tried to fish for one hour before I gave it up as a lost cause.

Water was being pumped out of lake it was down about 10 ft from last week. I and mmy friends think this is really unfair as we always pay our way to have and enjoy the day fishing we won't be going
again this season very disssapointed

Very low water didn't catch any thing not even a nibble fishing was very hard going but still enjoying the few hours out
