I fished beats 3,4 and 5 unfortunately no fish caught. I used a yellow 15gr FC and a few Finnish made spoons

A pleasant morning spent wading down beat 3 from the top and then off the bank to the pool on the bend. No takers but a decent fish showing at the bend so they are about! A little too bright after lunch so I didn't venture any further but there was a second fish topping in the pool at the head of beat 4.

Plenty of activity but unfortunately no fish

Fished beats 3,5 and 6. First time fished Whitney Court. Lovely waters. River level still fairly high but not too cloudy. Sadly no Salmon, but caught 1 x Shad / Mayfish whilst spinning with flying C.

Days spinning for salmon.

No salmon seen or caught.

Did however take a large out of season pike which took the flying C. Didn't weigh it as wanted to put it straight back with it being out of season but it was easily getting on for 14 pounds.

A beautiful first Salmon for Josh Bunning, roughly 21/22lb, caught on a SH, Yellow FC- Thursday Evening!

Fished beat 6 wind was really crappy, fishless again. Maybe next time!

Still too much water and crazy wind.
