Amazing amount of chub that just kept coming all day.Did manage a couple of barbel though.The river was very low and very green

River low and Windy conditions but Chubb showing in numbers 35 fish caught on corn and pellets but no sign of barbel

River was low, but there are large shoals of Chub here, the way they took the bait suggests they are very hungry and that may be down to the lack of natural food on the river. The odd Barbel showing, difficult to get at them through Chub shoals though.

Wading across river, SM had 75 Chub on meat and pellet, using float and feeder against far bank .
SG had 61 chub and 2 Barbel using the same tactics.
MH had 22 Chub wandering between pegs, best 6.2.
Low conditions and very hot .
