Fished the afternoon until dark
Hot and sunny with a low river
Barbel to pellet feeder and small chub on floatfished sweetcorn

Another great trip at middle hill court, love coming back to this stretch of river. Fishing was steady with bites coming throughout the day, fish came from both the top and bottom section. River was slightly up with a good bit of colour, weed was a slight pain building on the line but manageable.
Will certainly be back again next year.

Slight note to WUF: land owner, River could have more potential if more maintenance was carried out on swim accessibility . I know its nice to have it a little over grown , but productive swims we've fished in the past have completely over grown therefore the same few swims get fished and cleared. Other than that a great beat to fish, many thanks WUF.

Caught all fish on meat, river low, bright day.

5 Barbel, 4 Chub

Fished from 3-8pm. River very low and clear with lots of weed making things difficult. 2 barbel 7-8lb and 5 good chub, 4 of them 4lb+. Also lost 2 barbel in the weed. All taken on groundbait feeder with boilie hookbait.

Warm bright day and river slow with lots of loose weed running down. Fished on ledger with mostly meat and pellet Usual waves of canoes through the day

6 barbel 2 chub from bottom of beat in the wooded area very nice beat would fish again for sure
