We could not fish at white house farm as the access to the river was a foot deep in mud and as we did not have a 4x4 car we did not want to get stuck in the field.

Really difficult going after getting the car stuck on the track.
The river as I’d expected after the rain the night before was belting through. Despite trying for the first three hours it just got worse and I was forced to leave with the amount of debris coming down the river even in the margins. Just wasn’t meant to be
