Pretty good day, conditions conducive. Everyone caught fish but not neccesarily the ones they were after. Disappointing to see some swims were still unfishable.

Great day 18 barbel all between 4-6lb 8 chub up to 4lb plus a dace of 1lb. All fish caught on pellet and groundbait feeder.

tough day, fish not having it.....loads of tiny knock but only 2 fish between two anglers.

Fished the upstream end. No luck trotting from the shallows. Barbel on pellet and chub on meat.

Good access from parking spots on the lane.
Fishing was impaired however because of a Fisherman directly opposite one of our swims who was casting into the edge of swim We were fishing.
Just thought I would mention it in case you think you have the best exclusively to yourself!

First day out since January so had a great day just being there. best part of 4 hours drive each way but worth it.
12 chub between us to 5lb 4oz, caught on all the usual baits, boilie, pellet, spicy sausage and luncheon meat.
River traffic seamed unusually light given the weather was so good, river conditions were good and there was no rise or fall during the day.
