River was a bit pacey for the Pike, but managed to get one at around 15lb. Lost another, but it was 20 minutes before catching this one from the same spot, so potentially could have been the same fish.
Float ledgered Bluey was the successful method.

again a blank day . very windy intermittent rain , river high . Cow in river rescue services called !

Fishing for Pike, but they weren't in the mood today. Not a single bite. Flow was a little pacey for them.

One Barbel for 6lb and a personal best Chub at 5lb 1oz so not the worst day ever

This was my first visit to this part of the Wye fishing for Barbel. Weather had been changeable night before frost at 10.00pm pressure drop, rain in the early hours. Water was apparently still quite close to Summer Level.
I fished for 4 hours - no fish but one pull on 22 mm Halibut Pellet.
One or possible two Salmon jumping when we arrived at 'manhole' swim.

No fish today although conditions looked perfect !

Very slow day with only 2 bites resulting in one barbel landed and one lost to a hook pull.

Another tough day. 1 x 8lb and 3 x 6lb barbel from the meadow.
