Tried a small wet fly with no success. Didn't spot any fish rising. Access was good in some places, but challenging at times. Made for a pleasant few hours out.

Lovely looking beat with many different runs, glides, riffles and deeper water, sadly I only had the chance for some fishing after 5pm. Some surface activity at arrival that finished just as quick as it started. Fished all likely holding places with emergers, then changed to nymphs and spiders. No joy but definitely a beat worth returning to!

Fished 11 till 1 with duo setup but no sign of fish today.
Parked at Vaynor church and walked down to the foot bridge.
Plenty of olives and sedge around so may revisit in a month to try again.

Called in on the way back from the Taff around 2pm.

Worked the whole of the beat from start to finish over a 9 hr period. two trout, but no salmon takes on the fly or seen.. Water levels have dropped a fair bit now. Pleasant day out though.

Nothing once again. Not e even a bite all day.
Getting really frustrated this year so far

As already reported nothing at all.
5 visits and only 2 rainbows which were very nice to be honest but not good enough.
Waste of money unless things improve over the next few weeks.
