River very low and clear, Blank! Although a few rises spotted by the bridge at the top of the beat. Parking at the top of the beat using the car park is very easy. Using the grass verge / “lay-by” on the mid and lower beat was too tight so ended up parking elsewhere and walking to the river.

Great day on the chub again today.... Not what I was fishing for but they do keep you occupied and put up a hell of a fight.... Only the one barbel around 2lb but had alot of chub around the 5lb mark.
A few heavily spawning!!!!! (so please handle with care).
Using using cage feeder (brown crumb) with cheese, meat, bread, corn, pellet, small pop ups as hook bait. The chub took anything that was on the hook...
Great day again.
And an eel!.
