Lots of water after the rains, but nonetheless fishing still going for nymphing. Had the most success toward the bottom of the neath.

Hard going 1 small barbel 3 nice chub most disappointing thing of the day was clearing up after other angler’s discarded line and hook lengths such a nice place shame to see it left like that….. had to move swim as angler decided to fish dead opposite me .

We never made this fishing beat. Impossible to fish with weather conditions

My butty had 2 and I had 1 last cast at the end of the day and saved me a blank

River was high in morning so didn’t start until gone 12.the level started dropping and colour improved as the day went on. Some good fish to the deep nymph on the lower beat. The dropping water really turned on the sport. Fish to14 “ and a lovely wild beat.
