River very low and couldn't access the end swim as very steep so didn't fish.

Tough fishing, lots of fallen logs and trees in river making it very difficult to make headway upstream.

A nice stretch - no cows! Fishing for me was a bit slow, but better for my mate. We fished the lower end of the beat. The other fish was an eel.

Clear water, level very low, sunny , hot, fish based baits most effective.
Note - found one pair of grey framed spectacles in lower swim, can post if you can contact via fishing passport .

The water level had dropped again over night, so I decided to do some trotting and had a good amount of obliging Chub which were in lovely condition. My mate had a larger Chub on Pellet, but that was it so we decided to depart to a local lake after Carp.
