Float fished using bread and corn on the lower section. The salmon took the bread flake, lost 2 others as well!!, chub on corn plus small bits and pieces. River probably 2 low. Made a change from ledgering; nice day.

Another disappointing day on this beat. 16 Chub to 1lb on the stick float and one of 4lb on the feeder.

A good day in tough conditions, when I found the fish I had regular bites throughout the afternoon evening

A great day with 3x lovely barbel - two 9IB and 8Ib.

Tried worm & spinner with no results. Water level was very low.

River so low we could walk across. No weed anywhere - the river is dying from pollution.

All barbel caught between 6pm and 7pm. Not many swims on the salmon hut side of the beat and didn't fancy the mountain climb !

River low and clear with weather hot and sunny. Tried various swims and tactics with the Barbel only appearing after the final cast so all in all a very disappointing day. Will hope for better upon our return on Friday. Thanks to DC for the rolling meat tuition.

Lovely place beautiful scenery,steady fishing to a fry pattern fished slowly 2 to 3 foot down ,missed several fish before the net probably due to barbless hooks.Fish in all areas of the reservoir so stocks are good.
