Brilliant fishing, so many chub I lost count. Feeding lots of hemp and pellets, the more I feed the quantity of chub increased . At some periods the swim was black with chub and they came right underneath the feed .

All fish take on corn, fished over pellets. Chub to 5lb, all in great condition. Plenty of fish activity but no barbel to the bank. One eel for my father-in-law in the "other" category.

Fished a short evening session to avoid the sunny conditions and heat of the day the river was looking cock on , both fish fell to two 8mm hair rigged pellets lost two more during the session went home happy again having bagged two Barbel . The swim Fished went quite for a while as we watched a decent size Pike looking for her evening meal.

1 barbel on the float on meat. Plenty of chub on feeder and float.

Best day so far weather sunny. Fished a swim with some cover. 5 Chub to around 3lb to 4lb. Lost 5 Barbel to snaggs 2 off those Barbel were big possible doubles. Didn't lose any feeders so the fish weren't thetherd. Landed a new PB Barbel of 9lb4oz backed up by a 7lb12oz Barbel. All on double Krill 6mm dumbells from SoSimple baits. Stayed at The Inn on the Wye. Great stay here for the fisheries, staff and food fantastic. Happy Days.
