River dropped 2/3 foot overnight…ice on my boots walking to the beat …. but when the sun got up … had 2 nice Barbel of around 5lb within 20 mins of each other.

River high and coloured ten barbel caught on pellet best 11.09lb by Alan one of his 7 close into bank

River was up about 1.5 m and was also very snaggy . Only a few swims were fishable .Had three bites and managed to catch two nice barbel on luncheon meat up to 7 lbs . We had an enjoyable day and it would be a nice stretch with better conditions.

Conditions quite good,river a little high and fishing difficult.Barbel did not show but chub hungry as usual,the other were dace,plus 1 nice brown trout.

4 fished. Barbel on various size pellets and Chub on pellets and meet. River level up but falling.

River fining down, both fish 4-5 lbs on PLM, couple lost to snags/hook pulls.

River up but dropping steadily fish cause most of the day. nothing massive but enjoyable day
