3 from Llyn Teifi and 3 from LLyn Egnant plus a few misses, muddler and a soldier palmer.

Fished Llyn Egnant, too windy to fish on top so pulled wets, few tugs and one lost, but nothing landed. Did briefly try Llyn Teifi but gusty winds were whipping up white horses.

fly fishing. caught nothing.

Brown trout 1/lb (returned) taken on Cinnamon and Gold wet fly fished traditionally. Nothing rising and no obvious hatches or surface activity.

Beautiful location in the heart of Wales. Tricky fish to catch but worth the effort. Llyn Teifi was the most productive this time. All fish coming to a small black hopper.

Egant 3 fish all good sized around 12oz. All on couch y buddy off the surface

Teifi 6 fish on dark flies all caught on retrieve.

Warm 20C ,sw breeze, sunny at times. Lots of rising fish on Lyn Teifi. Heartening to see lots of fry in the shallows.
Used barbless hooks. 3 fish to about 12oz ct and released in the water. 5 fish lost. Black and peacock spider. Plenty of coch y bunddu which I think the trout were preoccupied with.
