One trout retained (32cm). According to a local angler that we met Llyn Teifi is stocked but not Hir and Egnant.
The directions to Llyn Teifi on your pdf are totally incorrect! Roads described do not exist. The lake is reached by turning right at Ffair-Rhos off the B4343. The Strata Florida road is a dead end. When I bought further tickets in Tregaron they entitled us to fish any Tregaron waters not just a single lake as yours stated.
It is useful extending your booking site to rivers other than Wye and Usk but only if up to date and correct. It is the easiest way for a visitor to buy a ticket as information on where these can be purchased locally is not easily obtained.
WUF Note: Our apologies for the misleading directions for Llyn Teifi - we will look into these. With regards the tickets, keeping the waters separate was how the club wanted us to market their fishing. We will, however, pass the comments on to them.

A good morning at Llyn Teifi, five fish to a pound, coming to a Coch-y-bondu, claret dabbler and Zulu on the point. A better average size than similar waters, around half a pound upwards. There was a big wave and some aggressive takes as a result. The wind didn't suit Llyn Hir next door and Llyn Egnant oddly didn't produce a take in the afternoon, I'll need to tackle that again another time...

Warm sunny day but a ripple for most of the day. Fish very localised. Sporadic rises to hatching midges but long periods with nothing much happening. Lost two trout, missed a few rises but landed nothing in the end.

This was a recce following joining the Cambrian Mountain Society. Lovely wild spot and directions fine.
Stayed locally and will return when I have learned more about fishing these waters after some guidance from WUF Approved Guide Oliver Burch. Thanks to the local clubs for letting us have access and to WUF for their splendid publications.
