First time on this beat and chose the upstream stretch. The best swims are nearest the parking spot and there are 3 or 4. All have pretty steep river access.
Sunny day, river low and clear. Fished a variety of baits and methods but no result at all, not so much as a knock.

River low and very clear. One fished the tip, the other the float so the 'other' was a bag of dace and chublets caught through the day.
Tip produced 2 reasonable chub at last knockings, but still a lovely day on the Wye.
