3 Barbel, 17 Chub

I've heard a lot of negative comments about upper hill court, some of the Swims are a bit tight but are fishable, only fished the upper section there are at least seven swims to go at. Fished a running rig and pellet one small Barbel and 5lb Chub.

Good evening on the wye dint arrive untill around 4pm baited the swim for half hour first chuck chub getting the rod out as quickly as good after each chub eventually moved on to some barbel biggest 8lb

4 Barbel, 11 Chub

The other was an Eel.

Enjoyable day on a reasonably quiet stretch of the river, fished one swim at the upstream end in the morning & one on the downstream ends in the afternoon caught from both with the Chub falling to various pellets & Boilies at irregular intervals throughout the day, biggest was around 4lbs.

2 Barbel, 3 Chub

First time on this beat but with bright sunshine and temps. hitting 27 degrees not the best of conditions we managed to winkle out a few Chub and an Eel on meat. Directions, both written and via the video, are excellent but "Pashley's Crib" ? not strimmed ? doesn't exsist as far as I can see, don't know how old the video is.

Nice evening on upper hill court 2 nice barbel in 30 mins - couldnt keep it going though but feeder accuracy improves every time. Both caught on krill pellet .
