River in Flood and only two pegs were fishable. My husband used a feeder and managed a very decent Chub. I was ledgering with spam and worms. I had a Barbel around 7lbs and a huge Chub. All in all considering the conditions we had a good day. I lost at least two decent catches. We stayed at Brandon Lodge, about 4 miles from Home Lacy. Highly recommend.

Water still high and coloured but access to swims made easier with the steps and handrails. Found a couple of nice barbel but they did not seem to be feeding until late afternoon. Another frustrating day.

Water still high and very coloured. Managed to find a few fish feeding in slack water but still lost tackle to unseen debris coming down river. A challenging days fishing.

An excellent day with a mix of float dace and chub plus some sizable chub on the feeder. The fishery is easy to access across a farmers hardcored track. The pegs were well looked after with steps down and handrails to many with platforms. The river was up and coloured so peg selection was a little reduced. This did not spoil the day at all.

Very impressive venue - carefully maintained with good access to all pegs. Tricky day, though, with torrential rain in the morning and streamer weed floating through. All fish from downstream pegs.

A warm bright day. Very clear water, otherwise reasonable summer flow and not too low. Made the effort to move 3 times to try and pick up Barbel without result. 6 Chub averaging 3lbs+

Difficult day on this well managed stretch. Very hot & sunny with low, clear water but caught lots of smallish stuff trotting & a decent barbel & chub in the evening. Look forward to coming back when conditions are better.
