Fished a dry dropper all day. Most successful nymph was the size 18 black micro nymph with a small tail. Had loads of hookups but they won in the fight's. Ended up netting 2 beautiful half pound brown trout

- Fished Moring only (5:30 - 13:00)
- ⁠Fish were focusing on emergers throughout the weekend
- ⁠Fussy on dry fly but were happy to eat nymphs.
- ⁠Most fish taken near the middle & heads of pools as well as broken runs / pocket water.
- ⁠Size 18-20 PTN variants worked best with silver and rose gold beads very effective.
- ⁠Most fish 18-25cm with some fish between 32-42cm

Three fish up to 13 inches during moderate evening rise (about 9-10pm), when the fish were being very fussy - a small (size 18) dun eventually worked
