Fished bottom end of beat, beautiful stretch very tricky fishing. Lots of trout spotted but they also spotted me, very low and clear river.

Great fighting 3lb Brownie. On the duo - took the spider under the dry.

Fished the evening. Waters incredibly low. Saw a few small browns rising and a few to my flies, but only hooked up once.

We fished the evening, beautiful waters, but exceptionally low, saw a few tiny fish rising, that's all. I heard after it's been 15% of usual rainfall in recent months.

River is low and it was bright sunshine. I was using wet flies, I did not see a fish move

Low water, bright sun made for a difficult day. Both fish on a PTN top dropper above weighted GRHE from streamy water. Little fly hatch except for midges later on, nothing to my dry offerings. Spectacular river and scenery. Evening tickets aren't available until May which was not apparent to me from the website.

Nothing rising, fished nymphs and caught one and lost three. Nice beat.

The beat was beautiful, the water was crystal clear and there was glorious sunshine, unfortunately the fish did not appreciate the weather as much as I did. Didn't see any fish all day (11am-5pm) managed too hook two small trout and land one out of a deep hole just past a small waterfall on a pheasant tail nymph. There were no notable hatches but there were lots of stoneflies scurrying about the rocks outside the rivers but none were quite ready to fly. Would recommend and will return next time I come to Wales.
