1 Trout, 1 Chub

Great day and lovely stretch. Water very low and rising while we were there. Brown trout 1.5 lb and chub on dry 3lb.
Low number probably because our first experiment at river nymphing and no fish rising to dries. No notable hatch.
Pub in Erwood provides excellent lunch. Will be back.

Heavy Showers and river rising fast. 8 Brown Trout to 11", 1 Grayling 10".

A good number of smallish fish with a couple around the pound mark. Very low water but fish taken on deep fished nymphs and shrimps.

All fish returned.

Beautiful sunny day and multiple fish caught throughout on nymphs, dries and wets. Most fish were quite small, up to 6 inches, but a few larger grayling up to 2lb and a trout around 1.5lb provided good sport.

3 small trout, all caught on a nymph. All released.

Conditions difficult, very little water and strong down stream winds, but managed a few small fish to 6 inches on deep fished nymphs.

River rather low but otherwise conditions good. Good rise in some stretches of the river at various times. Mostly small fish caught on nymphs but had 3 or 4 on dry fly including best fish of 10-12 inches on Grey Duster.
