First time on Teifi for many a year …. In the hope of breaking the sewin duck. No chance! A bit too much water and we didn’t want to resort to spinning. Was a grey day to start with but brightened up as the day went on and the tiddlers came out to play. Will give it another go ….

Hard fishing due to extreme weather conditions, both dry and bugs worked well, the spinner fall was late in the evening. But great advice from master angler SJ put us in good stead. For the money well worth visiting

Didn’t stay long, blistering bright sunshine, very open on the beat below Lampeter decided to explore another day… quickly looked at the top beat but already at least one person fishing so left them undisturbed… will definitely try again with more productive weather and more water
