Started on Llyn Bochlwyd, only fished about 2hr. Bright & sunny conditions kept things slow, but managed one fish of about 11" (released) on a small dark wet fly. Fish started rising sporadically about the time I needed to head back down the mountain to meet up with the rest of the family. Ended with about 1.5hr on Llyn Idwal, one fish missed.

Found Idwal tough with nowt seen so tromped over to Bochlwyd and was rewarded with 2 lovely colourful trout last doors

One of the most scenic lakes in Wales. Has a good stock of pretty, golden trout between 9 and 13 inches.
