River high coloured and pushing through. Struggled to find the fish unlike my colleague (see previous) but between us picked up a few barbel with some Chub.
Difficult conditions but enjoyable.

River up over 3 foot ruled out fishing the top end. 1 Angler had a decent Barbel on the stick float before we packed up early and headed home after 3 days on the Wye

Fished from 1pm to 9pm and safe to say it was on! Most of the chub were to float fished bread. Rest and the barbel on feeder and small pellet. First barbel pulled my rod in so landed the next load of fish in my pants as my clothes dried.
Awesome day.

Always a great day's fishing on Holme Lacy 3, the best managed beat on the Wye thanks to Colin's tireless work. Good quality fish caught throughout the day on a variety of baits and methods.
