Very low water levels throughout the beat. One bite, otherwise blank. A beautiful stretch of river, though, and I can imagine it would be productive after replenishment of much-needed rainfall.

Very very frustrating day (but enjoyable). Extremely quiet until the showers started and also after trying many flies. Missed 4 and didn't land a further 4 even to the point of net in hand . Pesky fish
