Fly & spinner from 0800. Drizzle clearing , not much wind. 2 trout on spinner first thing, lost a third. A few fish moving. After 0900 absolutely nothing. Packed in at 1030. Daytime in mid-summer is usually not very productive - need to be very early or very late. Probably won’t go again until September.

Didn’t as circumstances did not allow

1 rainbow trout caught on bubble float using worm. no bites on spinner. weather conditions ideal but not a lot of fish movement. probably lack of oxygen in water.

Disappointed to be honest 0 trout only 17 perch after trying everything we were fishing for 10 hours and walked for 6-7 of the reservoir didn’t see 1 fish jump

Lovely day slight breeze. Garden worm ledgered and float. Also 4 perch.

Fly Fishing and spinning - NO Trout caught - one perch hooked and returned. Weather probably too hot and fish down deep and not interested in flies or spinners. Worm fishermen bottom fishing did better.
