The reservoir had hardly any water, never the less had a lovely day and did catch something.

Spinning and worm fishing on a float. Calm conditions. Water level very low

Slow start to the day, managed 4 in the bag much to my surprise as I have not fished it in a few months

We fished from 10:15 till 16:30. We used spinner, fly and powerbait. Not at the same time.

Great day fishing caught 2 lovely sized trout. Just hope next time I return to fish the carpark just down from the burger van lay-by is open as at to park elsewhere and carry all the equipment to the spot.

Ironically the low water level has made fishing Llwyn onn a far more comfortable experience! Good conditions early on and a hectic first half hour landing one and losing 2 fish. Things quietened down once the sun came up and a North westerly breeze got up. Fished on until mid afternoon landing a further 2 fish.
