The two of us blanked again. Didn't see any fish rising anywhere on the lake and there is a serious build up of slimy green weed.
Once again had to put in the number 1 for fish caught because this stupid system won't accept zero !

I do not normally complain, however this is my second time this season and blanked again. My friend has never blanked here and we have been coming for a number of years and had great results. We spoke to another two fishermen who complained that they had been three locations and blanked, and they spoke to others who had also not caught fish.
I don’t know what the stocking policy is but never seen this bad a result.
Also as with other anglers complaints, the bank bushes need cutting back, especially when the reservoir is full, as it limits places to fish with the amount of growth on the banks.
Further, I’m surprised that no bailiffs were patrolling the banks, especially school holidays attract people to the reservoir. Had I seen a bailiff I would have raised my views with them
