Tried all my armoury of lures etc but only 1 trout caught on worm with pop-up. Lost a large fish early in the day. Fished the Penderyn side of the lake near the locked car park/picnic area as my usual spot the other side was already taken.

Caught on a spinner and put back. Lovely day for it - warm with a gentle breeze and the odd rain mist. Water was like a sheet of glass for much of the time.
