Hard going today. River looked spot on but only one chub at 4lb saved the blank. Fished end swim on LH bank, looking downstream. Caught on cheese paste.

Conditions much improved , with milder weather and good flow. Bites sporadically through the day , all on meat or cheese paste all from bottom swim on near bank. Best fish just over 5lb.
