Just 1 angler fished. I was expecting it the be harder given the sudden drop in water temperature overnight but it was okay on the day. Given the drop in temperature I didn't rush to start at the crack of dawn thinking the fish would be more up for food as the sun warmed the water a little. Fished 8:30 to 3:30 and had 5 barbel all on pellets and all in the 5-6lb range.

Caught throughout the day with a rotation of 14mm halibut pellets and luncheon meat.
Barbel ranges from 8.5lb to 5lb, Chub mostly about 3lb with one stand out at 5lb
Steady flow, although low, with some colour in water.

Weather overcast with heavy showers throughout the day, river still very low.
Fished the left bank using the feeder, hard going during the morning with just one Chub taken of 2lb 14oz.
Things improved in the afternoon with four Barbel landed, the best being 5lb 9oz. All fish taken on 8mm Halibut pellet.
A very enjoyable day in a great location.
