Has 4 Eels to about 3lb and a Chub Thought I might get a Barbel as the other 2 anglers fishing caught a few..
Conditions ere good at the start but the colour dropped out as the day went on.

Only one Eel, lots of knocks and pulls but couldn't connect to anything today..
Another angler had 3 Barbel , I really do think it's a case of finding the fish still at the moment, as it's so low and clear.

Had a fantastic afternoon Rolling meat I managed two break my personal best twice in the space off an half an hour first one weighed 8lb.14 I was lost four words new pb by 10oz wow.??? next cast I had a barbel around 5 pound 10 minutes late iwas in to my third fish and little did I no it would be my new PB 10lb3 oz absolutely blown away my first double from this magical river Ive been buzzing ever since ???.

A couple of decent days before this but this was abig fat blank. Probably marmite this beat. I found an end swim that looked decent and I'm sure we'll fish well. I lost 2 fish there and missed some bites. The fast lower section has guys on the opposite back fishing the same water. Not ideal. Id imagine it fishes better in the warmer months on the far section.
Anyway decent place to spend a day but I'll not be going back personally.

2 barbel caught of approximately 4 and 5 lb during a morning session fishing pellet and feeder method.
The river level had dropped back down since the last period of rainfall however the fish appeared in relatively good condition considering the summer we've had
