River was looking great. Good clarity and level and not too much debris. We fished the upstream section up to the no fishing area and there was 5 or so areas to fish but wasn’t the easiest accessing them. Definitely needs some work done to the swims. Lots of rubbish and a tent left on the bank which just so happened, came in handy for when the car got stuck in the mud.

First frost. Blanked. Debris flowing down made it impossible to fish middle river or creases. Snags took copious tackle. Left after lunch as pointless.

2 lost fish early, not a touch otherwise. Very snaggy, lots of cut offs. Swims are in a poor and in our opinion dangerous condition and really need to be reworked.
