We turned up and left without fishing ,there were very few fishable swims. This beat has very poor access to the water. Water levels very low.

2 anglers fished swims from 09:00 to 15:00 without a solitary bite or sighting of a fish.
Conditions were low and clear and skies were largely bright, not ideal.
More work is required to open up the beat and to maintain the current available swims to make them safer to fish when the water is as low as it is.

Fished the bottom end for the first time. Picked a very snaggy swim bit managed to get barbel of 6 and 7 pound. I moved to a swim above and found an area clear of snage but also fish. Moved back bit couldn't add any more
