Very wet day , but managed to keep dry under the trees , 2 barbel caught and one lost to a snag ,

Another tough day, but a last minute move from the woods to the meadow paid off in the shape of an 11lb 2oz barbel.

Tough but enjoyable day. Nice chub of about 5lb to it off.

Another very cold start to the day sadly killed the barbel sport. Between four anglers the most we could muster up were 2 eels.

Scaled back tactics due to colder water. Had a barbel early on but then went quiet for the rest of the day until dusk. Fished for a pike during the quiet spell to rest the swim.

Lovely day - river in good condition but very little action from the fish. One angler no bites all day. one angler 3 bites and one chub around 3-3.5 lb on maggot.

Conditions looked perfect, but a difficult day. Both fish caught late on, nothing throughout the day.

3oz feeder. Hook baits Meat and pellet. I didn't get a bite until after sunset on meat. Tried two swims. Blanked but it was nice to be in a beautiful spot.

A bit tricky to park.
