Another tough day bright sunshine until about 4 o clock when the weather changed to overcast skies, plenty of taps from small fish but only one decent pull round resulting in a nice Wye double of 10lb 8oz.Feeder fished pellet and ground bait and meat on the hook.

Feeder plus pellets using running rigs. River flowing fairly gently. Ideal conditions really. Caught at the pump station pool, the island rapid and at Wood Crib.

Fished from 2 through the evening, a tough day river running clear. No barbel to show, a few nice chub up to 4lb and some eels all on meat. Lovely stretch.

Low and clear river, warm and overcast sky. Another great day's fishing with nineteen Barbel to 8Ib 6ozs and Chub to 4Ib. Martin caught a PB Barbel and Trevor fell in which was a bonus. Though have to say this did not dampen his catching ability as thirteen of the Barbel were taken on his rod.
