Tough cold day after a few hard frosts this week. Moved around a bit but a 3lb chub saved the blank.
Fished a couple of swims upstream of the car parking area. Banks still very muddy.

lovely day, river in great condition, managed 4 chub, biggest went 5.5lb and was very short and massively fat. cracking stretch in winter or summer

Tough day with cold, rising and coloured water after heavier than expected overnight rain. A nice Chub came early on and a mid double Pike late afternoon. Love the venue and hope to be back in more favourable conditions.

Hard day on the river. water very coloured and up by a foot or so only 2 fish caught all day. one chub of about 3lb and one pike of 15lb lovely stretch of the wye. will return when conditions are better.

Cold and still and the river was around 1.3 at Ross. Bread flake and cage feeder accounted for all 3 fish.
