Just over 1 mile of mostly double bank fishing. Afon Prysor is a small river but does hold a good head of trout up to a pound and a half. The fishing can be difficult due to the trees which over hang the river, particularly on the lower part. No wading is necessary as the river is small.

The trout are not picky and general small patterns will catch, a parachute adams, or klinkhammer would be advised to use and maybe a small beetle pattern at the right time of year. Fishing downstream with wet flies can be very productive in some of the wider riffles.
