Far from ideal conditions, river low and clear in places and slow and sluggish in others. long hard session, tough day for a few Chub, nuff said.

River very low, all fish caught from the fast water on spam, couldn't get a bite on pellets, all fish swam away strongly, weather was cloudy which i think helped, always nice to be on this amazing river

River quite low, caught on edges of deeper faster water. Cheese & garlic paste. 1 caught trotting, 4 ledgering . All good size to 5lb,

First time on Llwyn-onn just for an afternoon.
Fished diawl bachs, buzzers and my desperation fluff.
Nowt doing. Much to learn about this water.

Still one of my favourite beats. River was low but gin clear cold water with the fish in great condition.

Overcast most of the day and low water level
A fair hike to the river from the parking area and then very few fishable swims without a major trek with full gear - the lucky stone end of the beat is only really an option for the young , agile and very fit ! Lucky stone itself is actually easier to fish from the opposite bank which is apparently on the Hereford Angling ticket (and anglers were casting across to ‘our side’ all day!
Overall a rather underwhelming day with the only sport (apart from eels) on free lined meat
