10:54 am Abercothi (Tywi): 7 sea trout last night, best 5lbs.

12:58 pm Abercothi (Tywi): Another good night with 8 sewin caught, best 8lbs. Bigger sewin were coming in over weekend and should stay in the pools at Abercothi if the rain stays away.

3:18 pm Abercothi (Tywi): A good night last night - 7 sewin, best was 6lbs with another at 5lbs and the rest from 4 to 2lbs.

8:13 pm Tywi Nr Llandeilo: sessions on 22/7 and 5/8 resulted in fish of 2.5 + 3 lbs and 1.5, 2lbs for Oliver Burch

10:53 am Tywi near Llandeilo: 5 x sewin last night to Oliver Burch & fishing partner. 1lb to 6lb on small teal blue and silver tubes and Lyn's Secret Weapon. Another dark and warm night, full cloud cover. No fish showing on the surface at all.

11:53 am Abercothi (Tywi): 1 salmon (6lbs) last night and 4 sewin, best 3lbs.

11:44 am Abercothi (Tywi): Thursday night, 1 salmon caught a midnight and 1 sewin. More fish showing the following night.

2:07 pm Abercothi (Tywi): Only 3 sewin last night, best 3lbs and all from the Cothi. A poor night for sewin fishing with mist and a full moon. The Tywi should be fishing again tonight.

9:43 am Upper Bigsweir (Wye): 2 1/2 lb sea trout caught spinning in the high water yesterday.

3:52 pm Golden Grove: Their best day ever on Tuesday with 58 Sewin and 5 Salmon caught from all beats, including 3 double figure fish.

11:51 am Golden Grove: June saw a consistent summer river level so night fishing gave the best chance of some fish. Berwyn Morris was pretty consistent with his one day visit to the river, catching sewin of 8lb, 7lb, 6lb and some smaller fish all from Rofawr Lower beat. Rene Alleyne had a great June after an unusual slow start to his season, with a 14lbs sewin, one of 12lb from Home Pool Rofawr and a further 14 sewin from 2lbs to 5lbs. Well done to all with their first double figure fish: John Watkins, 14lbs from Paradise Flats; Mark Edwards, 10lbs from Aquarium and Phil Bismiere, 11lbs from Rofawr. June has produced over 135 sewin, which is up on last month. July and August should be exciting. This last week of June has seen many 2lbs to 3lbs fish enter the system with 10 caught last night (27th June). Many fish of all sizes have be spotted by anglers walking the beats in the daytime. Two salmon were also caught in June, both from Purgatory Cilsane to Rene Alleyne (12lbs) and Paul Hughes (10.5lbs).

7:35 pm Golden Grove: Good start to June, 44 in first 7 days with an average weight of over 4lb. Night fishing really getting underway. Best fish so far this month was 13.5lb fish for Adrian Batty, also Terry Lorizou had an 11lber .
