3 carp - 2 common and 1 fully scaled mirror. Fish weren't weighed but would be in the 23 to 25 inch length bracket. All were caught on sweet corn

Was to have been my last day for 'trelough' this season - could not get there as ill health once again flared up and required a doctors visit that day.
Can only look forward to 2016 when I hope to be able to put in some time at this lovely water.

Very slow start no action at all in the morning mid afternoon they came on the feed. 4 carp in total and a missed run carp to 15lbs

2 bream only today - lake still one of the better stillwater venues with much potential for those who are prepared and able to make regular visits - really needs to be fished more to really unlock the potential of this lovely water.
The assistance received from the WUF staff is much appreciated.

Lovely secluded lake. We caught roach and small bream throughout the day and saw the odd carp cruising just below the surface. The booking office was very helpful. Thanks WUF.

We were booked to fish the river, however overnight rain and more in the forecast meant the river was on its way up and full of debri so we moved to this Stillwater. A lovely location, shallow and silty. Surface fishing took one ten pound common with float fishing taking a few Rudd and roach.

Sadly, my fishing partner was unable to make it with me so I had the pool to myself. Water was very coloured, but the roach seemed to like my sweetcorn even though it was offered to their larger cousins who I had seen cruising aimlessly through the shallow waters. A change to 15mm pellet in the afternoon brought a beautiful unmarked mirror carp of about 18/20 pounds to the net and my day was complete.
