another reasonable day on this stretch, despite the barbel not feeding well, the chub were a good backstop...most chub on corn or maggot.

nice stretch of river and fishing always reasonably good. today a bit harder than usual due to river levels, and most fish came out on pellet feeder.

River rising fast and fishing harder than usual. still a nice stretch to fish, and most caught on pellet.

River dropping nicely, but still coloured. bait was feeder and pellet and bet fish around 7lbs.

Very wet and windy PF hooked a barbel but the hook pulled. Lucky escape with an eel falling off the hook before landing!
