Wash off, sadly. We had couple hours of clear water then 2ft rise in space of minutes, difficult to wade and fish for. Called a day. Still managed to catch a pair of nice trouts.

Water a bit lower than I usually fish this beat at, but running clear. A few fish rising as I started so went for the dry fly which produced 4 smallish fish. In the afternoon I decided to fish Czech nymph style that brought 3 lovely 18" fish to the net from the fast deeper water with many missed and plenty of heavy nymphs lost. Good day.
