Warm sunny day. River very low. All caught on nymphs

The river has dropped overnight and got a whole lot clearer and the fishing was definitely more difficult but nevertheless another lovely day

Lovely day with plenty of fish coming up to a dry fly.

Much harder day today. Quite cold last night. Fished for a few hours today.

There were sparse hatches of small olives, a few sedges and a single mayfly, but no fish showing on the surface. I tries a few dries with no response, once again fish took ptn / hare's ear nymphs.

More OOS grayling today, no idea why, same tactics as yesterday

Fished for a couple of hours, all the fish came in a 45 minute spell, also lost a few that slipped the hook. Then a I hooked fair size trout which jumped as few times before throwing the hook, the sun came out and the fish stopped coming. Great day back on Ty Newydd. All fish on hare's ear / ptn nymphs. River low.

Fished for a couple of hours in the evening. 1 grayling caught on PTN.

Fished the bottom half of the beat. Plenty of aggressive smolt/parr, and a few nice trout and grayling. All fish taken on nymphs
