River painfully low. We tried hard all day but could not find any barbel, only chub.

Chub fishing was great, Barbel very elusive but caught some lovely Dace. Fish caught on meat and corn trotting and 12mm pellet on the feeder. A nice peaceful place to spend the day, we will defiantly be back!

Morning session for barbel. River low and clear, no bites. Spent late morning free lining luncheon meat for chub. Good fun, largest 3lb+.

Very hot conditions river was quite low, lovely stretch of water in beautiful surroundings. Easy to find thanks to the maps and info sent by the fishing passport. fished pellet and ground bait on the feeder, managed 12 chub from 1lb upto 5lb, 1 barbel 5 1/2lb and a small eel

Very hot conditions river was quite low, lovely stretch of river and beautiful peaceful surroundings. Fished feeder with pellet and ground bait managed 10 chub from 1lb to 5lb, 1 barbel 5 1/2lb and a 1lb eel. Fishery was easy to find with the info sent via fishing passport highly recommend to anyone

Other fish were all dace, chub caught on feeder with meat. Beautiful setting good access with car and easiest access to river on this trip having knee mobility problems
