Started at the very far end of the western side, fished back down but couldn't find any fish. Then about 1/2 way down saw some movement and managed to land 4 very well conditioned rainbows and lost 3. The fish were taking very agressively and in fact snapped my fry imitation pattern in half. Caught others on an orange booby and orange damsel. Fantastic fishing. Floating line, jerky retrieve.

Fly fished all day very windy no fish showing. Stuck it out and eventually caught four trout and a few perch on floating line and weighted fly early evening. Nice reservoir to fish but access roads around reservoir need serious repairs.

First time on this venue and a lovely spot on such a warm and sunny day. Not good weather for fishing though. Fished the afternoon and into the evening with not even a tug on the spinner. No signs of any activity on the surface either. All very quiet. Look forward to trying again in better conditions.
