didn't fish as weather too bad

Hard cold day, with a low clear river. Dropped into most pegs 1 chub of 3lb ish saved the blank. Still a nice day on the Wye.

Cold morning. Only fished a few hours at dawn. No bites.

Drop in temperature made for tough fishing. Ledgering produced no bites.

Fished 12 noon till 5pm. Slow going on the float. Caught 3 chub around 4lb mark on meat. Fished left bank pool at end of beat.

River low and clear and water temperature low. Managed both chub on meat from the pool below the croy on the left bank.

Too cold for any real chance of a fish but there’s more to fishing than catching fish! Just nice to sit next to the river
